Add fusiondirectory-update-locale run to gitlab-ci to see if everthing is good in translated parts

Requirements

  • Filling out the template is required. Any Enhancement request that does not include enough information to be reviewed in a timely manner may be closed at the maintainers' discretion.
  • All new code requires tests to ensure against regressions

Descriptive title for this enhancement

Add fusiondirectory-update-locale run to see if everything is good in translated parts, and avoid xgettext breaking when fusiondirectory-update-locale is run

Actual behavior

Some time we got some non ascii caracter inserted and it break xgettext when run by fusiondirectory-update-locale

Expected behavior

run without errors

Step by step description of new behaviour

  1. integrate fusiondirectory-update-locale in gitlab-ci runs
  2. gitlab-ci will fail if fusiondirectory-update-locale is not sucessfull

Benefits

Code with wrong localization part will not be merged
