Apply template remove sometimes values that are not in the template

Hello, apply template remove sometimes values that are not in the template.

Exemple, my template removed my personalTab.

Pushed a first commit to avoid disabling tabs which are not enabled in the template applied. Please tell me if there still are problems and with which fields specifically if any.

I have pushed some selenium tests. There is a problem when we apply a template and that the user is in a ogroup (we lost userRoles tab) and posixGroup (we are not in the group anymore).

When we applied a basic template (without unix tab activate) on an user, we increased his uidnumber.
