Reserved words function should be reviewed

There is a test to check if a word is forbidden as a department name, but it’s a bit outdated: https://git.fusiondirectory.org/gitweb/?p=main/fusiondirectory.git;a=blob;f=include/class_tests.inc;h=bba1ba5e9ce2feced30ccb3fea04902266101de1;hb=HEAD#l286

We should update it or see if we can compute this information in a dynamic way.
