Could not create user fd-admin

During the setup process I was not able to create the user fd-admin.

Next I did run the command: fusiondirectory-setup --check-ldap Checking your LDAP tree Role cn=admin,ou=aclroles,dc=MKS,dc=Amsterdam is an admin ACL role ! uid=fd-admin+cn=System Administrator,ou=people,dc=..,dc=... is supposed to be admin but does not exists ! uid=fd-admin,ou=people,dc=..,dc=... is supposed to be admin but does not exists ! uid=fd-admin,ou=people,dc=dc=..,dc=... is supposed to be admin but does not exists No valid admin account found, do you want to create it ? [Yes/No]? yes Could not find configuration object, using default value Please enter a login for FusionDirectory's admin [fd-admin]: fd-admin Please enter FusionDirectory's admin password: Please enter it again:

! failed to add LDAP's uid=fd-admin,ou=people,dc=..,dc=... entry - LDAP_INVALID_SYNTAX: Some part of the request contained an invalid syntax. It could be a search with an invalid filter or a request to modify the schema and the given schema has a bad syntax.

The database is an old GOSA installation that we migrated to the new server
