Installation FusionDirectory on Centos 7 - Failed opening required .../class.cache

I followed the guide "Installation FusionDirectory on Centos 7/Centos 6".

By opening the Website I get this error: Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/var/cache/fusiondirectory//class.cache' (include_path='.:/usr/share/fusiondirectory/include:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /usr/share/fusiondirectory/include/functions.inc on line 31

Same as in Bug#3749, but the step "Resolve miscellaneous settings/permission errors" will not resolve this issue.
