We should not be able of adding users to groups we have no rights on

Using the tab «Groups and roles» we should not be able to put a user in a group if we have no right to modify this group members.

No, this means the user is not allowed by the ACLs to make this change.

The problem can be fix with the use of an ACL so I close the issue.
