We should not be able of adding users to groups we have no rights on

Using the tab «Groups and roles» we should not be able to put a user in a group if we have no right to modify this group members.

Now FD should refuse modification of groups/roles we have no rights on.

It’s not perfect yet: We shouldn’t see in the list groups we have no read rights on (unless the user is already in them, in this case it does not makes sense to hide them).
