Uppercase login triggers php notice

When I try to login with login "User" in FD I get a php notice "Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /usr/share/fusiondirectory/include/functions.inc on line 475"

As a side note, there is no uniqueness regarding case with uid attribute in openldap. (ie : johndoe is the same uid as JoHnDoe).
