[PRINTERS] old printers are not migrated after upgrade to 1.0.14

[PRINTERS] old printers are not migrated after upgrade to 1.0.14

I had 3 printers before upgrade from 1.0.13 to 1.0.14

After upgrading FD they are not shown in Systems any more. I was take a look in LDAP with ApacheDirectoryStudio and I am seeing those printers. So I decide to delete them and re-create new ones and there are LDIF for old printer attached and also for that printer, new LDIF.

      yes we need a section in fusiondirectory-setup : fusiondirectory-setup --migrate-printers for that
