the breezy theme should be the default one in 1.0.14

the breezy theme is real modern and fancy, it should be put by default starting with 1.0.14

Added some kind of double default as breezy still needs some files to be taken from default theme. The Oxygen theme should be tested to see if it still works.

hello,

you have put double default because breezy doesnt have the tpl inside ihtml/themes/kde3 -> old default.

i have copied the tpl inside ihtml/themes/breezy because its more logical that each themes have is css / icons / tpl
