fusiondirectory-setup parameters must be settable in command-line

Several variables like directories should be overridable by command line or with a real configfile when exectuing the fusiondirectory-setup binary.

Indeed, in several cases, we must consider that we don't want fusiondirectory installed in the directories setted in the perl script and I think we should avoid to let edit a critical perl script by user.

Moreover for packages, it can be an issue (md5sum changed)
