This is not possible with current objectClasses as organizationalUnit does not allow this field.

Should "co" be added to gosaDepartment? (It only contains manager) Or should the "friendlyCountry" objectClass be used? This might break things as it extends country, objects would then all match the LDAP filter objectClass=country so FD might see all of them as countries.
