Using %askme% in User id and group id in templates does not work

When Creating users from Template, it would be helpful to be able to set the User ID/GroupID For the POSIX/Unix Information. In our environment we have Customized ID's, otherwise templates users would be amazingly helpful in our situation.

Even using values in these fields in the template does not work, so basically the «Force user/group id» behavior is broken for templates.

Fixed pushed for 1.0.10 and 1.1, it seems 1.0.9.3 is frozen already?

The bug was complicated to fix but now it should work. The only downside is when you create a user using a template with %askme% in uid or gid, you will have to check the «Force user/group id» first, while it would seem logical for it to be already checked when the page is loaded, but this is a minor inconvenience.

yes 1.0.9.3 is frozen and will be released this weekend, as this weekend was fosdem :)

you can commit it into 1.0.9.3-fixes also
