Desactivate other authentification method from configuration file

Hello,

It would be nice that we can desactivate some authentification method like CAS. We can do it in fusiondirectory.conf or use a command in fusiondirectory-setup to desactivate it in the LDAP.

Added generic options to edit the configuration. You can use fusiondirectory-setup --show-config to see the values, and in your case «fusiondirectory-setup --set-config-casactivated=FALSE».
