Underscores in departement/domain component names not allowed
Underscores in departement/domain component names not allowed
Hi,
creating departement, domain or domain component with underscores in the name leads to following error: "The field 'xxxx' contains invalid characters!"
Why this limitation ?
I've see that's was resolved for group names #4168 (closed) in the last released.

I’m not completely sure about domains/domain components, are you sure they can contain underscores? http://domainkeys.sourceforge.net/underscore.html Here it says underscores can be used in some DNS entries, but not all, and I’m not sure whether domain components could contain some.

I just tested it and it work for all departments except for country. It give me this error.
Error LDAP error while add LDAP operation failed! Object: c=test_c,dc=fusiondirectory,dc=org Error: Invalid DN syntax (invalid DN, while operating on 'c=test_c,dc=fusiondirectory,dc=org' using LDAP server 'ldap://demo-fixes.fusiondirectory.org')
