When we upgrade from 1.0.8.9 at 1.0.9 the old schemas are not removed

Hi, when we upgrade the old schemas are not remove.

Example: I upgrade 1.0.8.9 -> 1.0.9 The schema recovery-fd is not removed.

We not need anymore the next schemas:

• recovery-fd
• asterisk-fd-conf

(from redmine: issue id 4197, created on 2015-10-09, closed on 2015-10-12)

• Custom Fields:
  • Bug in version: 1.0.9

added to the installion notes for 1.0.8.9 to 1.0.9 and 1.0.9 to 1.0.9.1
