st field seems to be reading correctling but not setting correctly in a template

I try to add new template I set st field with Rhône-Alpes. FD set an error : Erreur: Invalid syntax (fdTemplateField: value #4 invalid per syntax, lors de l'opération

If I set unaccentued caracter it works !

I put by LDIF caracter with accent( enconded in Base64) it's works.

So maybe a test on value for converting or not the filed is missing

I modified template-fd.schema and it should fix this kind of problems.
