Rework CN and DN related options

Options personalTitleInDN and accountRDN should be deprecated and we should have a new option customCN which would only impact CN (not DN in CN is not in it).

It would default to @%givenName% %sn%@. @%personalTitle% %givenName% %sn%@ could be used to replace the option personalTitleInDN. Only problem is it will add a space at the beginning if personalTitle is empty. Maybe we should have a modifier to add a space at the end if not empty?
