we need an option in fusiondirectory-setup to tell us the fusiondirectory version

to ease maintenance we need a switch into fusiondirectory to will tell us the version currently installed

i propose

--check-version

it should use the

define ("FD_VERSION", "1.0.9-dev"); /*! Define FusionDirectory version */

to find it, and display

FusionDirectory 1.0.9-dev in this example
