The menu should be reorganized

Properties of both menu entry are so that if we install all plugins the ACL role and ACL assignment entries get separated, see http://demo.fusiondirectory.org

We just install FD-1.0.8.4-fixes and fusiondirectory-plugin-systems and it doesn't appear.
