Department list should be updated after a department creation

Hello!

Fresh install of FusionDirectory in Debian Wheezy. All schemes added. Web interface works, so I can login.

If I create the organization and try to go into it, I have nothing. Please look http://screencast.com/t/2Xu4ORjS5UY

It seems that the same situation with the new locality, and departments. http://screencast.com/t/SqvQADEA
