making the saving of the samba attributes optional in 1.0.8.x
Hello,
as in 1.0.9 saving samba attribute are only done when the samba tab is active, it think we should put an option activated by default in fusiondirectory Configuration backend, with saving the sambas password activated by default but allowing to not save it when unclicking the option.
This way we keep the old behaviour for everybody but have an option for not people not using samba at all to not have weak samba attributes in their tree.
the option would need to be in the first page of the config backend
the option should be named
Allow samba Password without samba

With this patch samba attributes are only added if samba plugin is installed. It may cause trouble if someone install FD, add some users, and then install samba and activate their samba tabs, not sure.
