add user with templates didn't keep group affectation

step to reproduce

create a user template and assign it to one or several posixGroup

save it

create a user by using the previous template

user created didn't bemong to affected posixgroup

template is a useful features

We need cn and uid of templates to be unique. (for groups membership and group gidNumber handling)
