error when saving a template
when I edit a template, the naming convention is :
%uid equal the value of uid attribute
if I save the record FD sais to me : alternateAddress is invalid because I put %uid@site.modomain.fr %sn.%givenName@site.modomaine.fr

Mails should be able to contain % anyway, so I adapted the is_email test function. It's now using FILTER_VALIDATE_EMAIL from PHP, which is not perfect regarding to the RFC, but it's still way better than our old regexp. I still added some code to allow email addresses like "joe@localhost" with a 1 component domain, which are refused by the PHP filter but are authorized by the RFC.
That said, template system should still be reworked : #1887
