Recovery password not working in tls

Fatal error FATAL: Error when connecting the LDAP. Server said 'Could not bind to cn=admin,dc=xx,dc=xx (confidentiality required, while operating on '' using LDAP server 'ldap://xxx.xxx.xx:389')'.

Please fix the above error and reload the page.

All is in the message.
