Setup should write config into the LDAP

#1445 (closed) already contains a lot of patches so I'm openning this new bug for this specific subpart of it.

With this patch most of the location vars are written into the LDAP. I still need to: -Write the main vars -Remove mail and samba from step2 -Clean error handling -Handle the case where a config is already there (delete it)

Fixes several things, as true->TRUE for boolean, which are now LDAP booleans, the reload of the config at the right time, etc…

fd.conf true should be uppercase as well.

With this patch old conf is deleted by setup before the new one is saved. In the future it should instead do a modify only on the fields that are in the setup so that the mail/samba conf is not lost (and the fields that are not in the setup).
