Some things are wrong in the man of fusiondirectory.conf

"The debuglevel value tells FusionDirectory to display certain information on each page load. Value is an AND combination of the following byte values:" -> It is an OR combination, because 1&2 would be 01&10 and that is 0. "The primaryGroupFilter variable enables or disables the group filter to show primary user groups. It is time consuming to evaluate which groups are primary and which are not. So you may want to set it to true if your group plugin is slow." -> I think it should be "So you may want to set it to false if your group plugin is slow"
