the supportDaemon.inc class should be moved the argonaut plugin

Hello,

i would be more logical to not have core depend on the include/class_supportDaemon.inc and to move it to the argonaut plugin

./html/getFAIstatus.php:$o = new supportDaemon(); ./plugins/admin/users/class_userManagement.inc: $o_queue = new supportDaemon(); ./plugins/admin/groups/class_groupManagement.inc: $o_queue = new supportDaemon();
