Reorganize menu
Fusiondirectory menu should have a submenu for its configuration, it would include password recovery config as well as some actual Addons entry (board plugin should go in there). It's not logicial to mix up things for managing the network and thing for managing FD itself. Also, the "My account" menu can take a lot of place while it's not often used my the administrator. Several possibility to solve this:
- Change this menu for a "My account" link that leads to something with tabs, like when editing a user. That would remove the need for main.inc, maybe that would be tricky about access right.
- Add the possibility to (un)fold this menu, and fold it by default for the administrator. Maybe remember for each user if is fold or not? This could be done with some JS.

With this patch the My account menu is after other menus. This makes more sense because: -For administrator this menu is useless so it should be at the hand -For users with no admin right this is the only visible menu so the order does not matters -For users with some admin right, it's better to have the admin menu first as they are more useful and often smaller
