Handle schema changes

I noticed 1.0.3 dropped "trust.ldif", so I asked myself how does FD handle changes, additions or deletions of schemas from one version to another. Apparently it does nothing about it.

Please add some handling, so it does not need t o be done by hand, potentially breaking FD by omission or error.

we made progress on this, we now ship ldif files that update schema on the fly, so we can remove an old schema also

Hello,

now you will find in the contrib/openldap/update-from-1.0.3/ ldif files to updates and remove old schema from the cn=config backend.

Will look at putting options in the fusiondirectory-setup to migrate old entries at once
