[Plugins] - Reminder attributes fdTasksReminderRecipientsMembers should not be mandatory within ldap

fdTasksReminderRecipientsMembers is an attribute set in case a forward is required.

It should not be required to be set in LDAP. The plugins do not mention it as mandatory, neither.

A fix on member's email must be applied, a countable is expected but if only one member exist it is therefore a string.
