[Plugins] - A tool is required in order to generate a yaml properly with related plugin information.
Actual behavior
No tools exists today that could generate appropriate yaml files with details about the existing targeted plugins.
Expected behavior
A tool which allows generating the details about a plugin and output the information according to the yaml template provided. This tools will be combined and used with the new plugin-manager.
Step by step description of new behaviour
To be defined, but a simple execution of the scripts within the plugin's folder of FD should be sufficient. To be designed properly during development.
Benefits
It will be easier and faster to use the fusiondirectory-plugin-manager.

It has been decided to create a yaml files within contrib/yaml for each plugin with their proper plugin descriptions.
The name of the file should be : description.yaml
