Allow hiding supann tabs

SupAnn standard is adding more and more fields and usecases, and this is getting too much on user objects, supann plugin will add 4 tabs on all users even if only 1 is used.

Of course this can be solved elegantly by ACL setup, but even for admins it can get annoying to have these tabs you do not use.

So we should add some way to remove tab from FD in the supann plugin configuration screen.
