SupAnn diploma SISE select has too many options

Hello,

The SISE nomenclature for supannEtuDiplome is quite large (47541 values), so the browser fails to load the select drop-down.

Second problem, a lot of options have the same label, because I exported the column LIBELLE INTITULE 1 from BCN while some diplomas only differs by LIBELLE INTITULE 2.

There is also a weird label 4001071;' ESSOR ' : ESPACE, SOCIETES RURALES ET LOGIQUES ECONOMIQUES which pops up first because of alphabetical sort.

The N_DIPLOME_SISE from http://infocentre.pleiade.education.fr/bcn/ the data comes from indicates for each diploma its type and sector as well, so as we have this information in supannEtuTypeDiplome and supannEtuSecteurDisciplinaire, I think we should export those as well and filter the diplomas by these two criteria.
