supannEtablissement field should be multivaluated

@gallak Indeed it appears that the field supannEtablissement is multivaluated for establishments, even in supann 2009. What bugs me is how can we choose which one to use in supannAccount tab when linking a user to an establishment? Should we just use a random one? Should we make each possible value appear as a choice in the select?

Random choice isn't a good solution, eache values hould appears in the select. If I take the Renater example :

@bmortier As I said, it should be tested to add several values in supannEtablissement, and it should be tested as well on the root etablissement. (Setting as root an existing one may be tested as well). And the link between a user and an etablissement with several codes should be tested as well.
