fqdn needed in a system to make sieve work correctly with a cyrus mail method.

i have a system with the name linux04

cn 	linux04
fdCyrusConnect 	{linux04.int.cof.be:143/notls/novalidate-cert}
fdCyrusSieveServer 	{linux04.int.cof.be:4190/notls}

in this configuration there is no connection toward the sieve server in the mail server logs

Steps to Reproduce

  1. got to a mail account
  2. put a vacation message
  3. look if there is a connection to sieve

Expected behavior:

to store the vacation message in the sieve server

Actual behavior:

no message are stored in the sieve server

Reproduces how often:

100%

Additional Information

when i change the cn of the system to

cn linux04.int.cof.be

it start connecting and store the vacation message

      bugs seems to go away after some test, must be looked at when redoing #3360 (closed)
