We should be able to select today as start date in SupAnn status

Hello,

We may not select today date as start date in supan status We only can select a date that is more older than today.

1. Add supann tab to an user
2. Try to add a supann status where the start date is today

Expected behavior:

No errors

Actual behavior:

Error that ask to choice an older date

Reproduces how often: 100%
