Fix entite_SUPANN labels

The file entite_SUPANN contains data that comes from https://services.renater.fr/documentation/supann/nomenclatures-proposees

But there are many errors in the labels:

1. Case is inconsistent, sometimes it’s all lowercase, sometimes not
2. There are typos: «Commision»
3. There are duplicates: «S104;école» and «S205;école»

I notified the SupAnn group about this, but waiting for an official fixed version I think we should fix the labels in our file so that FusionDirectory show better labels. Fixing the case problem should also fix sorting errors.
