Add a option to user reminder to send a text to the user and manager (if selected) when the account is effectively locked
Actual behavior
Actually there is no message send to the user and the manager when the account has been effectively locked
Expected behavior
When the user didn't react the number to any of the 2 mails that have been send to him, send a message to him and the manager saying his account is locked
Step by step description of new behaviour
- Send First mail
- Send second mail after x days as planned
- Send a mail saying the account is locked
Benefits
Send a clear message to the user that is account as been locked
