Possibility to add/remove values from an attribute through webservice

Actual behavior

The method setfields allows to update an attribute, but it requires to replace all values by new one.

Expected behavior

The goal is to be able to add/remove a single value from a mutlivaluated attribute. For example to be able to add a user in a group, without pushing all group members.

There is addvalues and delvalues already, they are just missing from the documentation.

It’s the same syntax that setfields only the values you give are added/removed instead of replacing the existing ones.

Tried to use 'addvalues' method trough curl, but it did not work:

After discussion, this feature is indeed not available in 1.2. I backported the code to test and it works. So I close the issue as it will indeed be available in 1.3.
