supannRefId on Structure object is too small and mono valued

hello could adapt the form for supann Structrue in ordre to add several SupannRefId ?

Indeed the supann documentation says multivaluated. In supannAccount it was but not in supannEntite. The schema commentary says: # 09 avril 10 (CC) : supannRefId : suppression du SINGLE-VALUE mis par erreur So maybe this was why it was single valuated before.
