Add "Partage" capabilities with group

Partage could create group It could be useful to create PARTAGE group trough the group interface

A additional tab could contain the following

• display/hide in Global catalog ( zimbraHideInGal)
• warn / don't warn the new user the availability of shared object trough this group (zimbraDistributionListSendShareMessageToNewMembers)
• type of partage group : simple Group / distribution Group (zimbraMailStatus)
• partage sevrer to use : ( no COs needed)
• display Name : affiche in GAL (displayName)
• notes (zimbraNotes)
