reorganize the argonaut dns plugin service

Hello,

the argonaut plugin service should be reorganized

we should have a :

Argonaut ldap2zone Global settings that contains :

Bind directory* Bind cache directory* TTL rndc Search base

Argonaut ldap2zone master configuration that contains :

Ignore reverse zone Allow notify Allow update Allow transfer Check names

Argonaut ldap2zone slave configuration that containts :

for this one maybe we sould have another service called Argonaut Dns Slave Configuration ??
