[DNS] "Refresh zone file" should be in DNS section too not just in DNS tab of some host where is DNS tab enabled.

When I want to refresh DNS zone currently I must goto Systems and click on host name (not on icon on right), then to click on DNS tab and voila, here is button "Refresh zone file"

If you re-write new DNS plugin and we have DNS in left menu, why we do not have "Refresh zone file" in zone itself or even better in ACTIONS as icon?

That mean: Click on DNS in left menu and click on icon in ACTIONS for preferred DNS item.
