merge the dhcp code from 1.1 into 1.0.17

we need the new dhcp code for our clients into 1.0.17, as we will soon deploy a FusionDirectory to replace a whole dhcp/dns infrastructure.

When I try to add a new link between a system and a DHCP I have the next error.

Fatal error: Call to a member function hasChanged() on null in /usr/share/fusiondirectory/include/simpleplugin/class_simplePlugin.inc on line 993
