Add an ACL for LDAP tab

Hello, It would be nice to have an ACL for the LDAP tab.

Hello,

Now the ACL check is a bit more precise: if the connected user have read right on the complete category (meaning he can read all fields from all tabs of the object), he should be able to see the LDAP dump.
