Regression: "Generic IMAP Server" (fdImapServer) was removed

Bug #4689 (closed) added the possibility to create an email address without having a IMAP service configured, which is great.
But the generic IMAP service (fdImapServer) has been remove from the list of available services, which is a regression. It should still be possible to add a generic service to a system, without the need of using one of the specialized plugins (e.g. dovecot or cyrus). The specialized plugins require an admin user or sieve login, which is not always available.
The "generic IMAP" just sets the gosaMailServer attribute, which can be used in LDAP searches and does not depend on an admin user and thus is more flexible.
