make functions names consistent

Closed

make functions names consistent

Actually we have update(), getfields(), setfields()...

As said by Côme :

"There are basically 3 levels we can work on, form fields, FD fields and LDAP fields. I did not yet quite worked out which one are the more usefull through the webservice."

"We could change getfields for formfields and have getfields as a mirror of setfields"

The documentation should tell what is the datalevel the function is working on.

There is now: formfields, formpost, getfields, setfields. Each is documented. I also added ACL handling in setfields as it was missing.

It should also fix #4798 (closed)
