ppolicy: description cannot be set

Hi!

ppolicy supports the field "description" with is shown in the list view. But it cannot be set when editing a policy entry.

Please add a description input field in the policy edit view.

I added the field as a TextAreaAttribute, please tell me if you think it’s better to just have a String attribute instead.

Note: the description field is not in the pwdPolicy objectClass, but the cn is not either and we were already using the device objectClass for cn so as it contains description as well I think it’s fine.
