csv import lacks an option or help on what to do with the first line
The first line is mandatory, else it can not be mapped to a value Is it because, the first line is supposed to be a collumn title, a bug or a design decision, this is unclear.
Please add an option to allow to either: Ignore the first line and use it as title
Maybe add or a built in help/description telling that the first line has to be completly filled

All lines are mandatory, I think you cannot have empty lines in a csv file. FD allows comment lines starting with # if you need it

No, the first line is data as any other line, it’s just used to help understand which column is what and avoid people having to know the column numbers by heart.

It does not need to be completely filled, this was bug #4658 (closed) and will be fixed in 1.0.11
